In the SELF-program, we understand that habit change can be challenging. However, with my extensive experience as an N.L.P practitioner, Neuroplasticity facilitator, Personal Trainer, Wellbeing Coach, and Postural Biomechanics specialist, I have developed strategies to enabler your self development easier and more sustainable.
The program is reinforced by four quadrants: sleep, exercise, living, and food. By addressing these areas, we create a comprehensive approach to habit change. Each quadrant will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, ensuring that the changes you make are personalized and effective.

Based on this information, I will provide you with personalized recommendations to reduce inflammation increase your health, fitness and strength and increase your mind’s awareness.
Each week, we will focus on implementing dietary changes. I will provide you with a meal plan that includes anti-inflammatory foods and avoids common triggers of inflammation, such as processed foods, sugar, and refined grains. We will also discuss the importance of hydration and how to incorporate more water into your daily routine.
We will address the role of exercise in reducing inflammation. I will design a workout plan tailored to your fitness level and goals.
