The Founder
Jason Dickson
Creator of the SELF Habit Change Methodology
The Origin
Why I Created SELF Habit Change
For years I believed I was moving forward.
Yet underneath I continued repeating the same patterns.
I was doing the work. I was showing up. But something kept pulling me back.
Eventually I realized the problem wasn't my potential.
The problem was the interference preventing me from accessing it.
Physical interference. Mental interference. Emotional interference. Behavioural interference.
Once I understood that, everything changed. Not because I found a new strategy or a better system. But because I finally created the space to see clearly — and act intentionally.
That discovery became the foundation of SELF Habit Change.

The Mission
A Methodology Built on One Belief
Every person has the potential to live with purpose, clarity and intention. The only thing standing between where you are and where you could be is interference.
Reduce the interference. Create the space. Realize your true potential.
SELF Habit Change is not a quick fix. It is not a 30-day program. It is a methodology — a way of seeing yourself and your habits that, once understood, changes how you approach everything.
